Yeah. Tom calls him Lance. He is Dustin Lance Black. Its his middle name.

You can really see how much this issue affects them in this video - there are tears and sadness and such feeling in what they say - I don't think the show made them like this either - I think these people were always caring, supportive people who just were able to make this show and now can use that platform to help others. I think if they weren't the people they are they wouldn't have been on the show anyway
