Usually, I go with heavily blurring the background when it comes to such caps. And I mean blurring so that you can't even guess what's in the background.

I did that a while ago when I really needed to post a certain cap, but there was too much non-PG-13 stuff in there. Well, it's only okay of course, as long as you don't even see that they are actually having sex. Like when they are positioned like that. If they are, you'll have to cut that part out.
