I love Falling for Grace, cheesiness and all. It wouldn't be a romantic movie if it didn't have some level of ridiculously cheesy, sweet moments in there.

True that. Hmm. Maybe I should give it another chance.

Low Fidelity is one of my favorites, too. He played a character named Ted who, let's just say wasn't afraid to risk it all to be with an old lady friend.

I really enjoyed that one! I was shocked that so many Amazon reviews said it wasn't great. I'd like to own it, too.

Is it bad to root for someone to cheat on their wife?

I wouldn't say I was rooting for him... but I saw it coming.

Fair enough.

I was full-on rooting for it. Especially cause I really didn't care for his wife and he seemed unhappy. Plus it's a movie, so go for it!!

I liked it, but mainly because Gale was in it.

His wife was awful to him. BUT...the way she found out he cheated was...

Agreed, if Gale hadn't been in it I probably wouldn't have ever noticed the movie or cared. I thought the acting (by pretty much everyone else) was pretty bad, especially in the beginning, but it somehow didn't keep me from enjoying it.

UGH. Yes she was terrible. And hahaha...that scene actually reminded me a lot of QAF (well many parts, really), but especially when Brian knows Justin's been cheating.

If she would've said, "You stink" I would've died.

Agreed, Daggi! But that adds a lot to the movie, when someone you know/love is in it.

I just watched "Fertile Ground" for the first time. Wow. That was good, but jeez! Gale is a really good horror actor. So now I've seen him in every genre, he's so versatile! But he's so good at portraying anger...makes me think he's even more intense in real life than I already did. (Not angry, just intense). Anyone else seen it? That ending. That's all I'll say. It was also really cool to see him acting with the chick who played Alice on The L Word. She was my favorite character, so it was awesome to have my favorite QAF character and my favorite L Word character star together!
