We already had one - so to say. There's the original UK version and then the US version... we don't need a third one.

true.. never thought of it as a reboot, but that's what it is..

although the american tv always sees the need to make european shows new... thinking of the scandinavian show "real humans" or the "millenium trilogy"..

^That is true. Chances are your favorite show is spin off of a foreign series, and that's quite good. It creates international appeal.

the makers of qaf did a brilliant job with that, but normally the spin off or the copy aren't as good as the original.. so I'm always carful with shows reboots or copies..

LOL about the girls haha I'd like to see them having finally learned to be a strong couple lol.

A movie would be perfect~ Or even like a mini series to tie everything up. I think like 5-6 episodes. Just enough for them to introduce some new little conflicts (maybe with the teens) and work them out and show us where the characters are now. This show will have such a lasting legacy that future fans deserve that too!

It’s funny~ I picture Brian and Justin living in NYC in some really amazing apartment...Brian moved Kinnetic to NYC and Justin has his art studio there too. I somehow don’t picture them with kids tho, I think that Gus would visit them in the summer and that they are both really close to him.

Ha! Wouldn’t that be great! I’d venture to say that we’ve thought about these characters at least as much as they have..... here’s what I picture~ Gus is struggling with being a teenager and is butting heads with Mel and Linds. Also, being a boy, he is craving more time with his dad. So, maybe he runs away, shows up at Brian and Justin’s Manhattan apartment asking to live with them for a while. The adults talk and agree to have Gus do his senior year of high school in NYC. Imagine the hilarity as Brian and Justin grapple with having a full time teenager~ but this also allows for touching scenes between Gus and Brian as Brian further heals himself by really stepping up to be a full time dad.... oh, the possibilities!
