I love this whole thing .. Brian getting Jack out of his system ... so cathartic with the bowling ball ..
.. but their kiss in the bowling alley is one of my faves! This is why I love my "so long Jack" avi during celebrations!  __________________

There are a squillion and one dependency issues with their friendship, but putting them all aside .. Brian and Mikey were just there for each other whenever it was needed!

The problem for me is that Michael understood where Brian was coming from and what he needed based on his past. He just had no clue what Brian needed based on his present and future. He enjoyed keeping Brian stuck in the past. It was safe for him.
