B/J are uniqe in every way but I think the imporatnt thing is that they stand the test of time. They're not just another tv couple. Their love is a never ending story and we (their fans ) still find it fascinating and appealing today as we did when the show aired even after we have been rewatching it many times.

I think that the way they were portrayed and written really influenced how we feel about them.

Not everything was perfect, there are maybe a couple of things I would have done differently, but overall, I think the writers put a lot of efforts in writing a good love story and in having both characters grow up.

they were never really stuck, they evolved. Sometimes they took steps back but in the end it was evident how much the relationship had grown and changed for the best. __________________

I guess it all depends on tastes and what we look for in a TV show, anyway. There are people that didn't like B/J, after all. I want to ask Randy if he's changed idea about them  __________________

I definitely agree that part of their appeal is that they always evolved, they changed but stayed true to who they were.
That would be a great question to ask Randy  I think he did change his view about them. He even said something about it in one of his interviews. I think he's the one who said he can still see them living together (CowLip mentioned that but I think he said something similar )__________________
