Perfect way to sum up why I love it so much! All those quotes are attached to great scenes that were so important for Brian and Justin. Love love love the "I just want you to know that I love you and I'll be here when you get back"

Justin could have thrown a hissy fit but he didn't. He realized something was going on with Brian and just let him know he was there.

they grew so much in season 4

which is why I hated that in season 5 they regressed so much.

i wouldn't say i hate s5 i love it. But yes it was a littel strange. B/c of what happend in s4.

it was really sad when their relationship took a step back in mid 5,after everything they've been trough in S4 (and those quotes are really so beautiful and heartbreaking )
do you think it's because in S4 they still had hope,despite all the obstacles they faced,and in S5 they grew apart because they lost that hope?

I think it's because Brian was deep into his middle life crisis (years in advance, I'd say), while Justin was growing up more and more and needing things for himself that he had been willing to put aside for a while but couldn't anymore. He needed some form of committment, the knowledge they were moving in the same direction, but Brian wasn't ready yet.

if i remember correctly, weren't you always opposed to this break up more than season two? but i totally agree with what you are saying. i mean, justin so long suppressed his thoughts and feelings about their relationship since 308, it was inevitable he'd eventually want more. although, in season four brian did mention they were both down to only having one trick a week, which was nice progression, but clearly not enough of a commitment for justin. lol.

O you changed your name...

Something totally changed in Season 5.
I mean after 3.08 we never got this ignoring from Brians side again. Like - they were together in Babylon and Brian left Justin alone at the bar and follows Brandon to the backroom. Somehow that felt strange... at least to me.

Nothing against the tricking, but for me it worked better when they weren't out together...
