I was actaully trying to go back and read some of Britin"s fics I saved before. I obviously found TP but I can't find watercolor. it's really annoying

Just remember, as we were just discussing at the end of the last thread, Watercolors is only 2 chapters long, last updated Apr. 10th. Britin's Turning Points is 31 chapters, over 300K words & last updated March 30.

Britin's MW page has 15 fics.

this author uses violence and there is quite a bit of angst in her (?) fics,but still,I don't feel it's too much for me,as it somethimes the case with other fics I read (It doesn't happen very often,though)

I agree "Turning Points" is about something very dramatic as rape, but it's a beautiful fic, written really nicely and she doesn't exaggerate with the violence and ugly details.

I haven't read it but there is one titled 'Watercolors' by StrongatHeart over on fanfiction.net. It says AU post 122. This author also has a title 'Turning Points'.
Don't know of anything on either.

ETA - Disregard all the above. I just looked at the authors page (link above). They are the exact same stories, updated to the exact same point (ch. 31 + ch 2). It's Britin going by this other name on this site. (it's a non-de-plumbe or something like that) - I've seen the same story on different sites but up 'til now it's always been the same author's name. Is this not uncommon?

Sometimes there are people who use different names, but usually when someone comes up with a name, they use the same everywhere. Maybe she came up with the name Britin later, after watching QAF, while she had another one before. Who knows
