Exactly! that is why i belive their relationship became even stronger inspite of all these obstacles... altough justin moved out of the loft several times he was always there for brian. debby was right, justin had realy gone under the wire and touched brian's heart and brian did care about justin and wanted him to stand up for himself and fullfill his potential...that's love!

That's one of the things I love about Brian and Justin: even when they were broken up, they cared about each other and looked out for each other.

my god, I really love when he opens that drawer to answer Justin's question if the offer still stood. It's such a Brian thing to do. He's not the kind of man who gives you words, but he kept the drawer empty for months, hoping Justin would come back to him

it's such a contrast to the other time where Justin accepted his offer help when Justin was a go go boy, in that scene Brian looked under the sheets and said that it was still standing so different to how reacted when Justin asked if the offer of living with him was still standing.

I think that those two scenes show how much BJ have grown indvidualy and as a couple all these years...but why did justin feel he had to move again after that dinner at MB house?!

when was the dinner? I have to admit I don't remember perfectly the timeline of S5, because I haven't watched that season so much, except for the latest episodes. If you're talking about the break up and Justin moving out, I guess he took that decision because he wanted something more from his relationship with Brian, some kind of spoken committment that Brian wasn't ready to give yet, even though I believe he knew Brian loved him. But he wanted to think long term and Brian wasn't ready to do that yet.

I have to admit Justin's decision pissed me off a little. I was more understanding when he left in S2.

I don't understand why he chose to leave again at that point either ,but at least it added dramatic edge to the amazing ILY moment...

I guess I can understand why he left, but I'm less understanding because basically it was for the same reasons he left in S2 and when he decided to come back to Brian he said he had understood and accepted the way Brian acted. Probably he expected Brian to grow up definitely and open up more and accept to make some kind of committment and I understand he was disappointed that didn't happen. But in that moment when he leaves, I can only think how hurt Brian's going to be.

I think that at that point brian didn't think that justin would leave again and that is why he was obviously heart altough he was still unable to expres his feeling (exept for calling justin mon amor)
I think that only after micheal called him over the hill club boy he realised that he needed to expres his commitment to justin .

I hated the season 5 break up because to me it was a repeat of season 2 when in season 4 they had grown and should've continued growing in season 5 but all of sudden they breakup again it was drama that could've been avoided.

as much as I didn't like the break up, I loved this reunion as much as I loved the S3 one
