Thoughts: This is such a wonderful moment for the Queer as Folk forum and its members, both past and present as we take this time to pay tribute to a beautiful, unbelievably magnificent, mind-blowing, awe-inspiring, overwhelming and quintessential story about life, love and friendship. It’s so amazing to me that a T.V. show could have such an impact on people literally all over the world. I can recall countless moments being transfixed and speechless from the emotional and thought provoking storylines. Not to mention the incomparable Thumpa Thumpa music compilation and undeniable raw acting execution of each character who accomplished even more than they’d ever hoped. Thank you for the endless moments of laughter and sea of tears shed. These moments will never be forgotten and I am forever changed.

Thoughts: I am truly honored to call myself a fan of Queer As Folk and a part of this wonderful fandom. I have met some wonderful friends from all over the world as a result of this show…who are just as in love with the characters that I’ve come to know and care for.
We are now celebrating 350,000 posts on our amazing QAF board. There have been many fans over the years who have made it thrive. A huge shout-out to galesgirl645, 90210-Steffi, Wildrose, Manu9, Taylor-Kinney and grey frog for keeping watch while 300,000 posts rolled in! Much Love, Deborah!

Thoughts: The amazement I felt when I first laid eyes on QAF for the first time 3 years ago this June…is indescribable. I actually discovered it in a serendipitous manner. During that time, I was so obsessed with Brokeback Mountain a film by Ang Lee that starred Heather Ledger, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Michelle Williams..among others. I was so crazy about it, in fact, that I would read through various message boards whose discussions were geared toward the film and it's content. Through there is how I discovered QAF. I looked it up on youtube, and the rest is history.

Rage kissed JT on the lips before Maureen decided she'd leave. Mark was filming while Randy sang. When suddenly all the lights blew up in flames, fireworks, rainbow-like ribbons. It reminded everyone that Michael couldn't fix anything beyond Ben's trapeze. Notwithstanding, Rage felt used by the powerful Gayopolis metropolis.
Theodore wondered whether Blake ever loved his former teacher, but Calculus kept resurfacing nightly. Once Brian got down with Gus, it caused twerking sensations; Droppin' madd beats. Word!. Lil' Hunter got poppin', show stoppin' tunes and Emmett performed "People" again!
Victoria called Gale gorgeous. He appreciated the dedication we continue to give Randy for being GAY (Great And Yummy). Whatever projects that man has going, oozes potential.
Debbie welcomed Sunshine's sweet personality. Never doubting Michael's POV, Hunter begged Suzie to use protection. Daphne didn't expect so many people to show up for her party at the loft. Brian invited half of gay town to make up for Denise' blunder with their accommodations.
Meanwhile, Ted thought about Mel missing all this excitement and called the house continuously until Gus picked up and threw the receiver at the wall. "Gus, what gives?" He just shrugged and said sorry. Melanie looked perplexed but accepted that he was apologetic.
Drew came to support Emmett and give everyone congratulations!
