To be an avatar, it can't be more that 100 in both height and width. So if you have the larger picture you need to crop the image you want in a square and then resize it to 100 x 100.

Okay, so how exactly do I do that? On Photobucket, I go to the edit feature, use the crop tool, and resize it.
