I guess I was the only one able to watch it and even then I didn't end up seeing the whole movie. Luckily I recorded it and will be able to watch it at my convenience. As for what I did see...

I don't know if I wasn't in the mood for a sci-fi or what, but I gotta say the 45 minutes I did watch I wasn't impressed. Charisma looked great and was doing a great job with what she had to work with but I just wasn't feeling the movie as a whole. Some of the acting from other characters wasn't all that good and the dialogue didn't seem to help matters. The special effects were killing me! They were so obviously fake and cringed whenever I saw them I'll willing to give it another chance in a couple of days and see if it was my mood or the movie itself.

I put my thoughts behind a spoiler since I'm not sure how people are in regards to reviews and such. There's no real spoilers there, but I thought it's be safer this way.

I didn't think it was a great movie but I enjoyed it more than Flirting With Danger. CC looked great. Considering the budget for the movie, I wonder if she was wearing her own clothes. To me, the best part was the chemistry between CC and Eric Mabius, especially their bantering. I'd really love to see them together in something else.

I got the feeling the writer didn't quite know what to do with her character. She had a pretty large role at the beginning of the movie but kind of disappeared for a while in the middle of the movie. Overall, I doubt it's something I'll bother to watch every time it comes on but I didn't feel it was a waste of time to watch this time. I'll probably buy the DVD if it has good extras.

OT: Does anyone else think Eureka looks good? The promos they played during the commericals were pretty interesting.

Your right about that shutterbug, Charisma seemed to disappear for a while, and she didn't have as big a part in the final battle as I'd hoped.

That seems to be a problem in a lot of Charisma's appearances, not as much screen time as she should get.

When are these people going to learn, when you have Charisma in your movie/show, you put her on screen a minimum 80% of the time.

I was taping it, but my tape ran out unexpectedly about 40 minutes into it. Think I'll get the DVD then fast forward to Charisma's parts.

As for DVD extras, wouldn't Charisma doing audio commentary kick ass??

Just a reminder that Voodoo Moon will be airing Thursday at 7:00pm on Sci-Fi. If you missed it the first time, make sure you catch it this time.

According to Amazon UK, the DVD comes out tomorrow. Anyone planning on buying it? I'm curious if there are any extra features.

I would rent to it to see the extra features but I don't think I'm going to buy it..... well maybe. I'm guess you can say I'm undecided at this point.

Sci-Fi is re-airing Voodoo Moon on Sunday, August 6 at 5:00PM. Still no word on a DVD release date.
