| Maybe they didn't know what to do with either of them without a bit of romance to spice things up along the way  It certainly aided Wesley's transition from nerdy book man to action fighter guy. If he hadn't felt so put out that Fred chose Gunn, maybe he would have made better choices  Like telling the gang about the prophecy, rather than just walking into Justine's trap!__________________ oh, and for the record: | |||

| Definitely. It was so out of character for Wesley to not try and share his concerns with somebody else. Especially Fred or Gunn, it's not like they would have dismissed him as crazy or anything. They would have worked together as a team to try and find a solution, even if they didn't tell Angel about the prophesy right away. Cordy would have had it out of him in a minute if she'd been there, that's probably why they got rid of her to Mexico with Groo. __________________ oh, and for the record: | |||

| I was kind of disappointed when Gwen didn't stick around - she's back in the comics, though! But she's dating Connor  That was a pairing I didn't see coming in a million years - I guess with Vampire Gunn, Joss couldn't have just put G/G back together easily. __________________ oh, and for the record: | |||

| If she did it for Angel, she could do it for Gunn  Plus, they had off the charts chemistry - so much more than Gunn/Fred.
