I do think Willow and Cordy eventually became friends or at least friendly. Cordelia didn't seem to hold Willow as responsible because Willow wasn't the one that cheated on her. We got that confrontation between Cordy and VampWillow in "Dopplegangland" but I think that was the only time it was really addressed.

Yeah, Cordy was more angry at Xander than at Willow ´cause he was her boyfriend who cheated on her and Willow was just happy to get a kiss from Xander ´cause she always had a crush on him, so she forgot about Cordy.

I think part of the reason Cordy was able to get past it with Willow was because they were living in different towns. It would have been interesting to see how it would have played out if they'd had to see each other face to face more often.

I think by the end of high school, Cordy had come to some sort of peace over kissinggate

I think her and Willow could have become closer friends, especially when Willow began to realise her potential in season 5 - also, if she had stayed, I would have loved to have seen Cordy and Glory come face to face, if only for the potential snarky convos they would have had

Cordy's reaction was actually pretty mature because she chose to hold the person she was in a relationship with more accountable rather than going after the other woman and letting Xander off the hook.

I don't think she ever blamed Willow unfairly. I always thought that the moment Willow and Xander started playing footsie under the table, they should have come clean and broken it off with Cordy/Oz. But maybe then it wouldn't have held the same attraction for both of them

I think Willow was a bit caught up in her first crush being interested in her. I think she did truly love Oz at the time, but I think she should have told him what was going on.

Xander, I can blame more than Willow, because he had a beautiful girlfriend, who gave up a lot for him, and he never noticed Willow before.
