Season 1 of Angel definitely has a lot of potential for art, C/A wise

They had their budding friendship and it's always good to read a little bit of sexual tension into everything they do!

Like when Cordy was going out on a date with another boring guy and Angel & Doyle were being overprotective - I love thinking of that scene and imagining it was because Angel was jealous

If you count every scene Cangel are in together even with the group. It's So much. I should know since I made clips of all of them.

I think that was the scene that got me thinking of Cangel as a potential pairing, I loved his overprotectiveness, and I sensed a tiny hint of jealosuly too. He didn't want Cordy giving her attention to a guy that wasn't him.
