I think he grew to genuinely like her. He seemed happy enough to see her in L.A.

i think they were genuinely friends, they knew each other before they joined the scoobies - i think they ran in thes same circles

She dated the singer of Oz's band so they probably spent time together although I don't know how long she dated that guy.

umm, well she talked about him for a quite a while but we didn't see her with devon very much

but they i think they would have known each other even before that - maybe they dated back in the day

i tried to find a video or something that was cordy/oz centric no go but i have read cordy oz fics though friendship and otherwise.
i always thought it was cute that she was taller than him and i like the idea that maybe they did date or just hang out (maybe before buffy came to sunnydale or whatever, but yeah he and her seemed to know each other and i can't remember for sure but i don't think her knew willow and xander when he made his first appearances on the show
i think he was impressed with the way cc looked at paleyfest; lets face it she was too hot
