I'm pretty sure he's referring to Charisma as the girl from Buffy. It looks like it was her friend's birthday or something because I think she's got a box from Tiffany's in front of her.

I made 20 screencaps of CC from the CSI promo and posted them here.

In case anyonn is interested, the Google Earth coordinates for thatr cafe were the idiots found CC and her friend are:

34 04 24.27 N 118 19 25.43 W

Just copy and paste that line into the FLY TO box on Google earth and it will take you there
