The two married Oct. 5, 2002 and had a prenuptial agreement. A judgment was entered Thursday, finalizing the divorce.

Carpenter and Hardy have a 5-year-old son, Donovan Charles Hardy. According to the judgment, the parents will share legal and physical custody of the boy.

Carpenter is obligated to pay her ex-husband $300 a month in child support and $6,000 in attorneys' fees and costs.

Each parent will get the boy for two weeks vacation each year and have custody of him on alternate holidays.

Carpenter will get a Los Angeles home, household furniture and a Ronnie Wood sketch.

Both sides waived all claims for spousal support.

In a declaration submitted Dec. 4, Carpenter said she was having financial trouble because of the writers strike and worried that her situation could get worse if members of the Screen Actors Guild go on strike.

Carpenter has been auditioning for jobs, her lawyer, Ronald A. Litz, said in April. In 2004, Carpenter posed nude for Playboy.

I was actually a little relieved to see this because it means everything is a done deal. There was an article back in December that made it sound like Damian was contesting the pre-nup. I'm glad they were able to get things settled without it turning nasty.

This time around, she faces off with another ZBZ VIP, My So-Called Life alum Senta Moses' Lizzi, at the National Sorority Convention. Is it too early to reserve a ringside seat for the showdown?
