I really believe if anybody else had played Cordelia, she would have remained a vapid, one dimensional bitch as she was originally conceived. There's something about Charisma that makes you want to like her, even when she's being mean! You wanted to see her be friends with Buffy and part of the Scooby Gang that first season.

Exactly, I still remember that the first episode they were driving her to be the main enemy of Buffy in HighSchool but she was so intriguing you couldn't find a way to actually hating her.

Yes I agree. I mean you just feel the urge to like Cordy even when she's being a total snob.

Charisma brings so much to her characters.

So true!

I always thought Cordy was cute and that's because of CC, she managed to make Cordelia likeable. I heard that she was supposed to be killed off in S1 but the audience liked her, so they decided to keep her.

is where Cordy first became a real person and a sympathetic one at that!

This is one of my fav scenes!

That's when you actually realize that Cordy does have feelings and that she's not just a total b*tch.
