Very true. I was so happy when Angel beat the crap out of that guy and he used the word family.

I loved how protective he was over Cordelia Right from the beginning he tried to keep her away from harm.

I know. so sweet. I mean he never even considered any of the scooby family just aqaintances and then Cordy comes to LA works closely with Angel for only half a year, they both loose someone close to them, and they're already calling eachother family.

Carmen, I can't believe I missed your anis!

I would have loved a Cordy/Buffy body switch episode. I think that really would have changed their relationship. Or it would have been cool if some demon cast a spell and made Cordy a Slayer and Buffy human and they had to work together to set things right. Cordy the Slayer would have been priceless.
Can I add them to the OP? Plus, Cordelia as a slayer would have been fantastic, she would have loved having that over Buffy - that she was a snappier dresser and she had super powers

I wish we had more amazing BC scenes like in Homecoming! That was definitely Buffy and Cordy's episode

Maybe if BC had met again after Sunnydale went caput, they could have become better friends- and if Cordy had survived Jasmine, I could see her leaving LA for a little while and ending up with Buffy's team for some reason

Homecoming is my favorite episode with those two. they were so awesome! Fighting together side by side.

I did love OOM, too - especially the end when they're tied to the chair and Buffy goes all protective!girl over Cordy getting her face slashed by Marcie

Wow, how many times did Buffy save Cordy from imminent death?

That was a good scene. It helped Buffy see a different side to Cordy, even though she really didn't try to explore more of it.

Buffy could be a bit oblivious to Cordy sometimes - like the way she treated her as if she was just a shallow airhead after all she helped Buffy and the Scoobies out kind of annoyed me.

Buffy should have been the first one to realise that people can change

Yeah, Buffy had never been nice to Cordy though she had helped the scoobies a lot.

She could have been more understanding Maybe she was just jealous that Cordy got to have everything Buffy wanted - a 'normal' life while still fighting the good fight

yeah i think that was part of it, however she totally over-looked the fact that cordy gave up a lot of her so-called normal life becasue she chose to help buffy and the scoobies...buffy wasn't the only one to over look that choice so did the rest of them sadly even angel. i always hated that they just "tolerated" her, never giving her a real chance , even xander and he was her "boyfriend". for him it was always buffy then willow first, sorry but it really peeves me that people say cander was such a wonderful couple they were funny but not a great couple he was not a good boyfriend to cordy and he would have dumped her at ny time if buffy would have shown a moment of any real interest. the only reason he didn't go for buffy in bbb was because he knew it was the spell and the only reason he did the spell was to make cordy want him back so he could dump her
