Sorry to hear that.

My friend and I were broke so we went to the dollar theater across town. I wasn't much for watching movies so the only thing that looked remotely interesting was "Deception" (the others were Superhero Movie, Horton Hears a Who, Jumper, 21, 10,000 BC). It was an okay movie but it might not be something I would look forward to the DVD. The movie ended way before it actually ended. But it was interesting nonetheless.

The weird thing is that in the theater room we were in, it was starting to get a little awkward because it was mostly guys in there

That's creepy, Kris.

We don't even have anymore dollar theatres in my area. Just tons of promotiions for matinee showings though. So, hubby and I are going to see an early morning showing of Sex and the City for $4. We have to save money somehow.

Well, the movie had a couple of...er..."interesting" scenes so maybe most of the guys were there for that

I have some movie gift certificates going to waste

It's tempting to use but there are no movies worth watching. And the one I wanted to watch...I've been so busy with work.

There are some good titles coming out for June. You should check comingsoon.net and see if there is anything there that peeks your interest.

I heard Strangers wasn't that good anyway. I think I'll wait for it to come out on DVD. I was hoping to see Don't Mess With the Zohan this weekend but I'm kinda sick. Can you believe that I get sick when - of course - school let's out?!

Anywho, San Diego is nice but unusually cool for this time of the year. 60 degrees during the day. I've been to California twice and this is the first time I experienced the chilled part of it.

Although now, it has messed up my biological clock as I'm waking up much later. Three hour difference, no matter how short that is, can be a big deal when you arrive there at 5:30am and your brain is saying "It's 2:30am idiot!"

Yeah, it's usually cold there no matter what season it is. I think it's because of all the water. And the time change can be a bummer. It will take even more time for your body to get used to it too.

Please post some pics here if you can because that may be the closest I'll ever get to seeing San Diego.

Other than doing those, I ended up watching The Incredible Hulk marathon. Actually wasn't bad...since I'm not a fan of the series, comic or movie wise.
