Well, technically Avatar is the name of a cartoon.

But it's an honest mistake, and I actually had a little sigline comparing the two meanings a while back. But since I have a few minutes to spare, here's a simple icon, which I hope you like.

Now I'll head over to the fanart thread to see if they could use my help.

Am I the only one who still doesn't think Zuko's scar is severe enough? Maye it's the lighting or something but it looks like a little rash near his eye.

Love Aang's look (can barely see the arrow too... maybe it's my monitor?) and I too am tentatively waiting to see Sokka (extra tan) and Katara.

I hope these pics I found don't get taken down (I think Paramount doesn't want them to be shown so soon) but here's Sokka and Katara.

I'm still not sure how I feel I about them...

yeah saw those pics before they got taken down, i'm just hoping for more of them. hopefully the next Entertainment weekly issue will have something. at least before the full trailer comes out and i can't wait for that either!

Maybe he's doing the slow tan deal, you know, an hour in the sun for the overly cautious about skin cancer. That's something that exists, right?

I didn't know Entertainment Weekly would cover The Last Airbender.

I can see where the confusion can come in. Still, I guess given how you make great avis Hestia, you can probably use your powers to bend said avies.

Looking at the picture of Rathbone, either it was the lighting or he's slowly tanning? I know those tanning booths can give you skin cancer.

Slow tanning is more natural and, you know, he's very pale (or maybe that was just make-up he wore in Twilight) so it's probably gonna take a while.

I never thought he'd actually tan. I think he was just being a punk during that interview and so I'm gonna give him a hard time.

Honestly, I'm hoping that the main reason he was cast (besides being a decent actor) is because they cast the girl who is playing Katara first and needed someone who looked similar to her to play her brother.

Okay, so did anyone know they were planning on doing a manga for The Last Airbender? It's supposed to be a prequel to the events of the first movie (like Zuko's banishment and such).

It's a little odd for me because they're doing it for the movie but I think they'll be using, more or less, the cartoon style of drawing to do this manga sequel. Hmmm. Well anyway, I might buy the manga when it comes out.
