NBC put something out about canning it and American Dreams and how sorry they were to the fans.

I guess they're trying to keep viewers since they went down to the #4 slot on most viewed network.

Man how the mighty have fallen after ending Friends last year.

Have you seen NBC's lineup too, it looks like crap. ABC's isn't too bad, and the WB, with the exception of Supernatural, looks to have gained squat. I mean Don Johnson on the WB?

Yeah the Don Johnson thing on WB really shocked me. I'm actually looking forward to Supernatural because I like both Jared and Jensen and that's more than enough eye candy for me on Tuesdays, lol.

The biggest complaints I've had with this whole new season is the axing of Judging Amy and Joan of Arcadia, those two shows are so well written and critically aclaimed and CBS is just stupid. I'm boycotting them, even if Aly's show gets picked up there.

Well I've not seen it this season, I was a big fan of the first season when I had CBS, but after getting the DVDs and reliving the greatness and then to hear the cancellation just bugged me to no end.

They said that it got really dark and different from the first season, so maybe that's what did it in. Look what that did to Popular afterall.

I've heard it took a dark turn but I'm still looking forward to seeing it once the DVDs come out later in the summer.

Makes you wonder when they'll just start making "straight-to-DVD-series" or something. That would be kinda cool if you think about it.

Yeah actually, especially with the way the networks cancel things two and three episodes in nowadays.

I tend to think it would be a cool idea, perhaps have the pilot episode for a cheaper price to see if you like it and then if you did you could purchase the whole season set.
