I don't know about the rest of you, but we could have done without American Wedding. I certainly wasn't expecting a movie that made Stifler the main character. It seemed to be just a rehash of the same old jokes.

I have to say American Wedding was my fave American Pie movie,although i did like all three. I think Alyson played the character great and made her seem very real.And she was stunning in the movie.Completely different to the image you get from BtVS

Yes, Alyson did a great job. It probably was her best performance of all three films.

I just wish we could have had more of Finch and Kevin, who were reduced to wallpaper in the film. Cadence was a great addition, and Eugene Levy was hilarious as always. But why did they make Stifler the main character?

Probably because Seann William Scott has become one of the biggest breakout stars from the AP trilogy. Everyone seems to love Stifler.

I'm firmly in the camp of AP2 as my favorite. Good Alyness, and funny as hell [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]

There's jsut something so excellent about AP2 - It pulls of the comedy, the romance... Everything. The jokes aren't too vulgar [Ala Stifler in AW.. ::shudder::], so they leave you laughing... And the part at the end with Michelle's flute recital really does make you teary.

You know, I was in the drug store today, and there was this song playing on the radio, and there was a line that said 'say my name', and of course I just had to add in the bitch part at the end. I think I scared a little old lady picking up her prescriptions [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img]

AP2 was a bit eh, over all, but the Jim/Michelle storyline was so funny and cute. I love the part when she pretends she dated him, and she screams out all these things about having hot dirty sex.
The ending was so perfect :].
AW had too much Stifler, and AP was good but everyone always refers to her as "band camp girl" which gets a tad bit annoying.

I never got to see American Wedding [img]smilies/frown.gif[/img]. I really like AP 1 & 2 though...Aly always carries through with a spunky performance [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img].
