I've had internet since I was sixteen so that would be '97. At first we had a family computer and then I bought my own in '01 and then another one in '03.

It's amazing how often one has to upgrade. Got my internet capable one in 99, upgraded to one with a CD burner in 2001, then got the laptop early this year with all the bells and whistles.
