Yeah, he seems to be ok. He has his moments, and he's getting old, on towards 14. But hopefully he's doing good. I really don't want to have to lose another animal that I care about.

Krysta's 14 and a bit, and fit as a damned fiddle, haha. Cats are tough.

I know what you mean, most of the dogs we've had that have lived long lives were around ten or eleven when they passed on and my poor Lucy is nine and a half so everyday I get a little bit more worried.

Cats are lucky though because they have such a more longer life.

Awww... I was 8 when my grandparents dogs had to be put down... and I lived with them until I was 5, so they were like my own. Two Cocker Spaniels, Sam & Ben, they were 14 and 15.

Yeah, the smaller the animals are it seems the longer their lifespan for some reason.

And yeah, you're right about those fishies. And hermit crabs too, they die off in like a day. Or at least mine did
