I know people are still confused over the fact there was an evil Gideon on Flash.

She was working with Reverse Flash.

Gideon is the future version of Alexa that people have today --- you've heard of Alexa ...AI voice device

yes.... I'm guessing Gideon is the Voice AI App for most of DC future hero/ villains to use
