I think right now Amaya is pretty much not caring about a romance with Nate because in her mind she feels it's sort of doomed since she thinks she has to return to the 40s eventually to finish out her destiny.

I think that they both clearly love one another though.

If Nate is the father of Amaya's kid then he either doesn't go back with her to 1942 or he dies earlier because Kuasa never mentions a grandfather.

When Amaya told Kuasa, "You need him too." I was expecting her to say Nate was the grandfather.

But yeah if he was, I think Kuasa would have known that...

So only other thing can be probably Nate and Amaya sleep together again at the end of the season and Amaya decides to return to her time not knowing she's pregnant...
