We do not know.
Right now the characters of Earth-Prime don't even know the multiverse exists anymore. Us the audience knows that it still exist.

Even Marc confirmed that yes the Smallville earth still exist so Smallville fans don't need to worry even though we didn't see that earth at the end of the episode, it can probably be called a different earth though.

A lot of earths got new/different names...

So we really don't know.
In less there is another Oliver out in Earth-Prime...

There's probably some version of Oliver around on some other Earths. Seems like Sara's the only one where other versions don't exist, or they're already dead.

I would like to think the alternate Oliver that Sara and Lois visited in order to retrieve Clark and Lois's son survived. I would also love to think that Tia's favorite Oliver from Smallville survived because it was revealed bts that Smallvills's Lois and Clark survived.

^Yeah... it seems that Clois son "Jon" got the "baby Sara" treatment because of the new earth.

I want Oliver and Sara to be together in one of these earths.

That's a shame. But you know bisexuality isn't politically correct.

Lesbians don't like bisexuals. They chafe when they see an openly bisexual actress walking the red carpet with her boyfriend or husband, with children in tow. This is why Hollywood never portrays bisexual characters like Sara as actually bisexual. If Sara got into another serious relationship with a man, the Twitter SJWs would raise hell, conveniently forgetting that Sara isn't a lesbian.

^ I think now they would but I feel if Wentworth stayed on the show when he was on than probably fans wouldn't had because Captain Canary was a huge ship for the show during season 1 and fortuneteller never got more explored because of Wentworth exit. Whereas I felt Avalance were completely rushed....
I felt all of Sara relationships were built better than the Ava/Sara relationship I watched.

I honestly don't know why they even teased the Sara/Leonard thing like that.

But her chemistry with Oliver was unmatched.
