Ok, because I link everything back to Sara , that line when he says "You'll never lose me, Dad" reminds me of the Pilgrim episode when Sara told her younger self that her dad will never lose her...

It seems like the Flash writers have intentionally paved the way for Wally to leave Flash by saying he's an outcast/misfit on Team Flash, and the LoT writers have paved the way for him to join the Legends by him working with Nate. When the Legends first stole the Waverider back from the Time Bureau, Nate was the one who said he knows a mechanic (Jax). When they need repairs on the WR again (like Jax said, they can't go 5 minutes without wrecking it), maybe it'll be Nate who suggests going to Wally.

Will he still be called Kid Flash when he gets older?

^ In the comics, he did go by the name "Flash" at times but he's better known as The Flash. lol Too bad he's not Impulse. Aka Bart Allen. lol ... no code name mix up.
And yes, I agree, it seems like this was all on purpose because it feels like it's Wally time to be on Legends and I just hope I am correct.

I know a lot of people wanted Jax and Wally to meet. Too bad.... that won't happen... soon anyway.

Wally West the enginereeing will be the new Waverider fixer.
I guess LoT better find some great reasons to not mess up the ship. lol

Wait, isn't Barry Allen "The Flash"?

With the Legends, never!

John Schaech interview about if Hex will return this year.

Quote:
In an interview with Inverse for his new movie Day of the Dead: Bloodline, actor Jonathon Schaech confirms that his Confederate soldier turned expert bounty hunter will come back for an appearance on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow when the show resumes in early 2018.

“They pinned me for the beginning of the year,” Schaech says in a phone interview with Inverse. “I don’t know what we’re gonna do or how many episodes, but definitely he’s [Jonah Hex] going to be a part of Season 3.”

Schaech adds that he “hasn’t read anything” and that he doesn’t know how many episodes he will be in Legends of Tomorrow Season 3, currently on winter hiatus. Historically, Schaech has played his fan-favorite anti-hero for just one episode each season. Thanks to the show’s time travel concept, it’s possible for the lead characters to pay a visit Jonah Hex in the Old West any time.

“They pin the actors to see if they’re available for certain dates.” Schaech says he’s filming his episodes in January. “That’s all I know right now,”
he says.

At the moment, Schaech is on the press tour for his new movie Day of the Dead: Bloodline, a remake of George Romero’s Day of the Dead, which will be released on January 5, 2018. A more complete interview with Inverse and Schaech about that film will be released at a later date.

Yep, they are taking Supergirl's spot while Supergirl goes on another hiatus.

Yeah, a mixed reaction but more negative in terms of fans feelings about that...

Well it could be because Kriseburg was really involved with Supergirl and after what happened they need to rewrite some episodes. Flash has other showrunners to keep it going. Supergirl's showrunner quit and Kriseburg took over.

^ I didn't know the Supergirl's showrunners quit. I thought they had 2 news female showrunners for season 3...

In general though, Supergirl is in bad shape because they had 3 consecutive years of different showrunners... that's NOT a good thing.
It's like a lot of different shows.

Interesting that he's filming in January, cos that makes it Ep 14? 15? I thought we were getting an Old West episode earlier.

For me, the show became boring after we lost Cat Grant. The only interesting episodes for me in S2 were the ones where she appeared. But that's not really the showrunners' fault, since it was Calista who didn't want to film long-term in Vancouver.

After seeing the way this season is written I think it makes sense.
Only because LoT already lost Firestorm... both actors in Victor and Franz.
Again Wentworth will be leaving in like the next episode or 2...
And John Constantine will be here for only next 2 episodes...

So good bringing another familiar character (Jonah Hex) after all of that... at least that can make some fans happy since the Old West episodes are highly praised.

I now see Wentworth's character as a guest star, so I don't consider it as LoT losing him. Just like Rip.

I was wondering when we would get the once-a-season Jonah Hex episode. I just thought based on the episode titles, it would be (slightly) earlier.

If Constantine is received well, we'll probably get him once a season too.

^ I'm just saying from the characters we've seen since season 1... and even though Wentworth is pretty much a guest star now, he's still the most popular one after Sara... if you see the reviews and people reactions.. his character is just still as popular as he was in season 1... I wish some people actually knew it wasn't a long term thing... I guess a lot haven't been updated with the recent news?

It seems John Constantine depends on Matt Ryan's schedule.
Constantine is already received well which is why LoT tried getting him on the show a long time ago.

And Rip, I see more as recurring than a guest star...
