Ralph didn't know time travel was real and Wally asked if no one him about the Legends. Then Wally went to the Legends to ask Gideon about Nora. I think the Time Bureau was mentioned as also being time travelers.

So the Legends got a lot of mentions on the Flash then they ever have before.they are actually going to them for help.
