It could just be like the JSA, where we have 2 or 3 main ones that we see most of the time, and the others are just in the background or show up only when necessary.

Although with the JSA, I feel everything was a letdown.....
I don't have an expectations for the Time Bureau besides a JSA 2.0 that we see more of based on everything I've heard thus far.

Seeing as I'm not entirely sure how the TB works, where/when they're based out of, I can't really say how it'll go and I don't want to find out ahead of time, but as with anything I remain cautiously optimistic

Rose...just think of them like Time Cops who do things orderly where as the Legends do things "on the fly"
