So Flashpoint - 2x23 Barry goes back and saves his mother, captures RF and keeps him for a few months. The two of them send Barry back to his "timeline" which creates Flashpoint and he tells Thawne to kil Nora. So he hasn't lose his powers - so he goes and skips out of there after killing Nora to 1942 to Damien to try to change his fate

SO...in reality right now, Season 1 Flash is erased because is he not becoming Wells and Eddie doesn't kill himself. So to me - it feels like S1 is non-existence now, so is it in reality that somehow Thawne needs to return to the point of killing Nora where he needs to lose his powers and than causes him to take over Wells creating S1. Or just make it that S1 is gone and erased

^ You finally got it right.

I think the issue you are having is actually with Harrison Wells... theoretically the real Wells from Earth-1 should be alive and so should Eddie, so Wells should've never betrayed them.

I think that's the confusing part of the whole story.

I don't even think the Flash writers thought it through. lol

I finally got it but getting it now has me pissed

cause it feels like the WHOLE series of Flash now is erased - well at least S1 is

I think it was Harrison Wells from S1 that got me

rewatching the season helped me understand what RF as Wells was doing which was partly my problem, didn't understand from back when not playing attention to why he did everything he did with Barry but than the whole thing of Eddie killing himself making Eobard vanish really got to me

Yeah... so, I feel that's more of an error on the writers part.

because really, the team shouldn't have even met Earth-1 Wells yet.

They only met him because of Reverse Flash... so it is confusing.

^ I think you are confused because Season 1 of Flash should be completely altered.

Only thing that would make sense is probably if Eobard still did become Wells but he never died from Eddie...

But yeah, really, logically Season 1 should be erased as well. lol I'm just sticking with my easy none headache prediction. lol

just saying that RF is the one that Barry held hostage after saving his mother - than Barry sent RF after to kill Nora - he escaped to the 40s to Damien

even if it pisses me off, predict that everything just got erased from S1

that would be cool if Eddie came back to the show and was a bad guy with speed....lol.. not sure what Rick Corsnett is doing these days
