I saw it, it's always the name credits when the episode is on. It comes right after the small LoT intro. He's not in this episode.

why a series regular, should just be recurring

but again I don't notice credits - I know that sometimes an actor can pop in and out of being in the main credits depending on which episodes - not listened as guest but not listed either if not in the episode

If it makes you feel better, Carter was actually a series regular in his first 2 episodes.

However, I'm assuming we will see him in every episode forward.

After the intro, the star list appears.

That's how I know who's gonna be in the episode. Arthur and Matt wasn't on the list so, I knew they weren't in the episode. lol
Arthur is another series regular this season who has missed 3 episodes thus far.

So, assuming both will appear in a lot in the later half.

I think it's a possibility that he is. From the BTS pictures, we know he's in 2x07, we heard of him in 2x08. I think some.

I think the only one I'm not 100% sure about is the Old West episode (2x06) episode since I feel Rip will be the main focus of it but I feel after that he for sure has to be in all the episode since it's only 13 episodes ordered (for now)

So it's time to sort of move with this LoD stuff.
