I feel the LoD having Reverse Flash is pretty fair for time traveling at least.

Just like the Legends can jump from time to time, RF can do that as well.... and he has his great knowledge, like the Legends team have Gideon and the Historian.

it made the episode packed...but 3 Legends could have been killed... and of course the episode upset you guys with Leonard and messing with lack of couples--like MicRay

I think with the Waveriders secret arsenal, the legend scientist can make more and better speedster weapons to help them against Reverse Flash. If they add the cold gun technology to it they can probably make a powerful enough weapon to stop him from attacking them. Although first they need to learn to keep firing the weapon instead of just doing it once.

Or find a way to decrease his speed powers, like Harry did to the Flash on season 2.
