^ Correct, and DC has an issue with all these rights as you mentioned so yeah I felt the Legion was perfect with Merlyn, Darhk and RF... no need to add Captain Cold.

Captain Cold clearly got added because they had already made the announcement months earlier at Comic Con. lol When the time came, they had no true good story in place. lol

sad we only got to see Matts version of reverse flash for one season..and one episode after that...and Leonard wanted off the show too

^ I agree and also I felt Leonard being included in the LOD didn't work because it was never explained and just came out of thin air. It worked best with Merlyn, Darhk and Thawne.
