I'm a morning person and I have an internal alarm clock that wakes me up around 6 am everyday, including weekends. It's probably due to me being a really light sleeper.

That's what I do, but only because I've gotten used to waking up early for work.

But they say that early risers tend to be healthier and suffer less depression.
