when my lights flicker...the computer goes out and so does all the rest of the power.... clocks need reset even for a 5 second power flicker

The power didn't go off. But it was raining so hard and fast that my patio was filling up with water and I thought I was going to flood. Luckily the downpour stopped after 30 minutes and just rained.

cell phone broke and I had to buy a new one...it was a hassle and my feet hurt from all the walking

Alex - I got a new one... it's just a cheap smart flip phone, but it has internet.... It's not an android though, but I'll get a tablet eventually
