Lori pretended her daughters were in a sport they never played. I'm sure they were aware that some kind of lying was going on. USC isn't even an Ivy League school. What that tells me is she didn't think her daughters were smart enough their in on their own. Her daughters probably didn't do anything note worthy in high school which is what top tier schools look for. Grades, test scores and extracurriculars. That's why they faked them being in a sport.
