I was correct about the scene being on the Waverider.
It's when they were talking about the Blood of Christ + Spear of Destiny.

Episode 2x15, "Fellowship of the Spear"

And I only watched the episode once during live watch and I knew I remember a girl he dated being mentioned. lol
Who knows, we might hear of Wendy again since the writer casually threw that part in....

Nate isn't like 16 years old, I think it'll make sense if he had an important romances before.

It doesn't matter, it doesn't take from his relationship he has now.

A lot of one night stands wouldn't shock me though. lol
