Okay, Dave. Well, then I would say that Jean Grey, because she's already gone bad before as Dark Phoenix. She was once a part of the Hellfire Club as their Red Queen, and could've destroyed the entire world. Sure, it turned out to be a Jean Grey doppelganger and not the real Jean, but the fact that her doppelganger went mad shows that Jean has the potential for evil. This was also evident from her clone, Madelyne Pryor, who was married to Scott Summers and became the Goblin Queen during the Inferno storyline. Jean's dark side has been seen to come out in both X-Men: The Last Stand, and the upcoming Dark Phoenix movie. I think Jean out of all my characters has the greatest potential to be a villain.

In that case I'm gonna chose The Devil himself, Lucifer Morningstar I believe he's classed as the most powerful being in the DC universe. He's immortal and immune to any psychological/physical attack. He has dominion over the very substance and knowledge of the formation of Creation. He can shape the matter and foundation of the creation into anything he can imagine, including matter, energy and even time. He once shaped big bang energies released by the death of one of his brothers into a complete new universe.
His intellect is beyond anything anyone who walked the earth can match and he is fearless. He enjoys using fire and light on his enemies but he's not limited to that. He has an attack called "God's lamplighter", in which he uses his will to condense clouds of hydrogen into star-masses and set them alight. Another attack he has includes drawing down the flames of a super-heated star and incinerating to ash anything around him. To sum it up, Lucifer has superhuman strength, superhuman durability, flight, acidic blood, sonic cry, telepathy, among other powers who make him the strongest archangel. He can also open and close magical portals to Earth from Hell and back again, and during that he can summon demons if he wishes. He's also clairvoyant.

I'm the judge since I'm doing final ranks.... I'll have to go with Tar on this one... while I am not a fan of people giving too much power to Lucifer... Tar has seen ever single episode and knows this character very well....


Tonight / tomorrow I'll give you both a chance to write a WWE type promo stating why you should be number one. Basically a promo is a speech given to the audience on why you are awesome and deserve to be number one. Be confident!
