Did you ever watch True Blood?
The two shows I watched him in before Supergirl were True Blood and Necessary Roughness.

So, that's probably where you remember him from. He was in most of the season 2 episodes.

You need to rewatch Blade Trinity Dominic is main baddie

I remember the face and remember he was main storyline with the goddess that was played by Michelle Forbes

It's bad because I was obsessed with the movie. I just didn't know who Dominic was at the time.... which is probably why I didn't remember him on Prison Break... he didn't even seem familiar to me.
