I definitely noticed the aftermath of the drinking though.

Mick asked Sara because he knew she'd tell him the truth.

I liked that she noticed, she seems to be the only one that has. Rip still thinks of him as the hothead and Leonard at first didn't think he could be helped, until Sara talked some sense in to him.

Sara and Mick are kindred spirits. I loved him saying they could use Sara on the capture mission. He really respects her skills.

I completely agree! He really does.
Their friendship has really grown on me since 1x07... ironically it's the episode when he tried to kill her.

I think because I loved that Sara didn't judge Mick and actually compared her situation to what he was going through.

Unlike some people who would probably try to bring him down.

She has a way about her that probably really Micks just digs.

I loved how Sara didn't know if Mick changed for the better or worst.

Sara is the one who seems to see him the most clearest right now and I'm so thankful for the writers for showing us their scenes and the growth of the relationship!
Sara was the one I think that really got to him most when he was Chronos because of her honesty of telling Mick what happened when he was over there betraying them and how even though Mick did that, Sara knew she had no reason to judge him because of her past.

I think Rip has changed his mind about him its showing with their interactions but its kind of hollow mostly because now he is a valuable asset from his knowdlege with the time masters. But he doesnt understand him like sara does neither does Len..

Yeah and I think because Sara sort of know what Mick is struggling with because of her struggle with the League of Assassins. However, she see some potential of good for him because of herself as well.
