I think for this crossover there will be no Supergirl characters.
 I'm assuming something happens at the end of the Supergirl episode that pushes Supergirl to the Flarrowverse earth. |

I think they want to keep the Supergirl Earth separate. Barry and Cisco can pop over to her Earth whenever they need to anyway.

^ I think so as well which is why I feel the most sense would be if a villain follows Supergirl out of her world or who knows, probably Dave is right. Something big will happened and Barry would need to get Supergirl from her Earth.
