Well, DC got Captain Atom and Blue Beetle from Charleston Comics after they went bankrupt. I hope Captain Atom makes a comeback.

Well, that's because Lex and Clark have gotten a bit more familiar over the years.

And Bruce calls him "Lex" because they often meet in business circles.
