It seems like Warner Bros is trying to do clean up some of the damage associated with them right now however if this news turns out to be true to me it's just laziness. Why can't WB/DC align together to CREATE DIVERSITY!!! Make more comic book characters with diverse backgrounds. I feel that would be more impactful which is why a movie like Black Panther was successful.
For me, this just looks Warner Bros look more guilty....

Just create more diverse comic book character or actually use the ones you already have.

yea...you can go ahead without me on that one....it's ok...hopefully Melissa can join you.... that cartoon movie is crazy for it being a reboot story of Superman. I can put why in SPs if you want. The Red Son is even more crazier than this one.

Red Hood is crazy..but I liked that one more than the two Superman listed.

You know I been thinking about the Superman news, and I wonder what will WB do if this backfires on them?

I mean this is WB were talking about here, in a realistic point of view, it would happen especially with WB's track record with Superman movies.

Plus add whatever Marvel movie it would have to compete with as well, and if it's something like say X-Men then yeah.

I really wish DC Comics can move somewhere else. I've had an issue with the WB/DC alliance for so long now and it only seems to be getting worst.

Superman News should backfire since they are only doing it for damage control... that's clearly obvious.

If they want to do damage control they should just make a John Stewart Green Lantern movie. He's a known character and they can try to forget about their failed Green Lantern movie.

We can skip the watch this week if you guys want to watch the draft.

Yep, and honestly the only DC IP WB is really invested in is Batman.

True, and unlike WB the MCU introduced characters like James Rhodes, Sam Wilson, Nick Fury, etc. etc. who are now getting their own shows, and Sam is the new Captain America.

Tia, you've heard me complain about this dozens of times with other comic book characters.

This is not diversity, it's fake diversity, because none of these characters are in any way reflective of the groups they want to "represent," and because you can't get representation by co-opting some other group's work. You have to create your own stories and characters.

Oh, and just when you thought the woke police couldn't get anymore insane and annoying, the brainless, woke Twitter morons are going after Henry Cavill and trying to get him canceled. Why? Because he dated Gina Carano eight freaking years ago and now they wanna go after him for it.

I agree because as you mentioned he's an established character and people have been wanting something with his version of Lantern for so long.
However, we definitely notice the theme when it comes to the WB.
They did the same thing with Jason Mamoa... to stop the noise with Ray Fisher, they said Jason was going to be in a upcoming movie and Jason came out to confirm that was false when he voiced his support for Fisher. SMH. lol

Nah we can do it. lol I think "Man of Tomorrow" is the one that Dave least wants to watch because he watched it three times. But if Alex is going to be here, I would still watch.
