No, not yet. But remember, it took a long time for them to add Chloe Sullivan in the comics, so it takes awhile.

In 2010.

Before the Season 10 Smallville premiere.

So, it took 9 seasons for Chloe to get added in and she was very popular... so it takes time, especially if a character was exclusively added from the show.
