I just think we probably haven't cared for the moments as much because of how the storyline he is currently involved in bringing him down.

Though was paying attention to Ray this episode
felt sorry for him cause of his whole thinking that he had a child that he didn't know about - and loved how he was willing to back off related to Kendra after finding out what had been bothering her then she won't give up  I just feel so bad for not feeling these two at all cause she's right - he does so the brightness in everything and positive and who wouldn't want to fall in love with a guy that him  its the Palmer blood/generics like she said to the chick They just need to stop writing him in failed/**** blocking relationships first Felicity and now Kendra - would have liked them if it was done later on__________________

Now I want to see Ray's twin brother.
I guess good news for Brandon Routh, if Ray ever gets killed off he can just portray Sydney Palmer.  Sydney might be better to watch since the writers can't see to find any interesting storylines for Ray.  |

I know!
I would like to see the twin brother once... although it feels like the writers sort of created the brother out of a hat. It seemed like Ray had no one in his life with how he talked about things and how no one missed him when he died or anything. |

It really was created out of nowhere considering we never heard about a twin brother
never heard of him related to Arrow and like you said - Ray made it sound like no one around to call about his death__________________
