At the end of season 1... Fitz was almost killed how?

- Fitz (along with Jemma) were dropped into the ocean in a containment unit by Ward... Fitz told Jemma to go as there was only enough oxygen for one to make it up... she dragged him up anyway but he was in bad shape and suffered from cerebral hypoxia (lack of oxygen). Luckily between Simmons making it to the surface and Fury looking for the tracker, he was discovered in time for medical to save his life.

what made as Fitz ruthless and evil for while during one season?

- When he was put into the Framework he didn't really remember his other life in the real world... Aida made it for Fitz liked her and Simmons was dead in this world (never met her). He worked for Hydra in this world instead of SHIELD, so the methods were a lot more brutal, but the influence from his dad (who in the real world left him when he was young) stuck around in the Framework leading him more and more down the dark path.
- Though bottom line he was only in the framework for a short time, most of his memories would have been framework implanted memories which manipulated him into being a bad guy... it didn't help when the person he thought he loved got injured badly by Quake... he wanted revenge. His framework personality involved torturing people among other things.
There was two occasions (each by a different Fitz) that he had a breakdown with the two personalities clashing, once in Season 5 when he did something horrible to Daisy for the greater good (He had to access his bad self to do what he needed to do to Daisy), and once in Season 6 when Fitz and Simmons were stuck in a shared consciousness.... Evil Fitz was there as well... but moreso inside the head brought about by repressed trauma.
- He was basically given his bad intentions by AIDA

--- This is another one that could be multiple answers. In the show she mentioned unearthly biology when she was talking to Skye... who had just been turned into an Inhuman. Previously she had seen the results from Raina who had undergone a change and was no longer human. (Basically alien/Inhuman biology)

Fitz lied to Simmons about the blood test saying it was normal due to the negative things she was saying towards powered people in general (ie exterminating), hoping people would be more positive towards the news in time.

3. Bonnie touched Elena hand and saw a crow... but she tried to write if off as nothing. She handed Stefan a phone number and started getting bad vibes from him... mostly becaue of his vampire side she didn't know of. Bonnie has visions about numbers and later on the numbers she had visions of was revealed. She relights a candle just by staring at it but I don't think she was truly sure it was her doing that.
