Oh I’ve got a church scar story too!
I was called a child of Satan and had the attendees pray for God to destroy me. If they had sincerely thought I was out of line with the criticism I had given them (which was what triggered their over-the-top reaction), then I wouldn’t have minded if they had gone through the Biblical process outlined in Mathew 18:15-17. But alas, their egos were bruised, and their response was to act dramatically butthurt. Come to think of it, the way they handled the situation was pure evil.
